Version 2026-09-07. Plain language first, details below.
The data controller for the market dataset is [CONTROLLER NAME AND LEGAL FORM], [ADDRESS], contact finance@holy.gd. Wolt Wrapped is not affiliated with Wolt Enterprises Oy.
When you drop your export folder, the page reads the files locally to produce the report. Large files such as telemetry.csv are read in place. The generated report is shown in the page and can be downloaded; it stays on your device unless you share it. Our hosting provider (Vercel) sees ordinary web-server logs such as your IP address and the pages requested, as for any website, but never the content of your export.
| Data | Detail | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Per order | ISO week (not the exact time), hour of day, weekday, venue name, city of delivery, delivery method, order total, fees and Wolt+ discounts from the receipt, delivery duration in minutes, straight-line distance rounded to 10 m, item count, payment method type (for example "Apple Pay"), your food and delivery star ratings if you gave any | Prices, fees, delivery times and demand patterns over time |
| Per item | Item name as printed on the menu, quantity, line amount, unit price, whether it is a packaging fee, number of options chosen (not which) | Menu price trends per venue |
| Per credit | Credit type, amount, used and expired amounts, week granted, validity in days | How promotions behave |
| Per contribution | Country, city, timezone, app language, registration year, first and last order week, order count, total spend, distinct venues, a few aggregate app-usage counters (months of telemetry, sessions, menu items seen, venues browsed, abandoned baskets, dark-mode share, sponsored listings seen), Wolt+ months paid, the badge titles from your report, tool and consent version | Context for the rows above |
Before anything is sent, the tool runs a self-check that rejects the payload if any text looks like an email address or a long digit sequence. Every contribution gets a random identifier; there is no account, no cookie and no link back to your Wolt account.
Re-imports replace, they do not duplicate. To recognise the same account importing again, the tool stores a one-way hash (SHA-256, truncated) of your Wolt registration timestamp and country. It cannot be turned back into the timestamp, it is not shared with anyone, and it is deleted together with your contribution. When you import again, your previous contribution is replaced by the new one.
“You vs. everyone”. When you contribute, the server compares your contribution with all others and returns percentiles and ranks (for example “you spend more than 80% of contributors”, “12 contributors order from this venue”). These comparisons are shown only to you, are computed from aggregates, and never expose another contributor's rows.
What we publish. Only aggregates: for example orders per month, average fees per city, or the most-ordered items. A venue, item or city is shown on the public statistics page only once at least three different contributors have ordered it.
We remove all direct identifiers and coarsen times to the week. An order-level dataset can still, in rare cases, be recognisable to someone who already knows your ordering history in detail, so we treat contributions as pseudonymous data under the GDPR and apply the safeguards on this page. If you would rather not take that small risk, simply do not tick the box: the report is identical.
Because we hold no identifier linking a contribution to you, we cannot look up your rows without your deletion token. With the token you can delete your contribution at any time on the delete page. For anything else (access, objection, complaints) email finance@holy.gd. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr) or your local supervisory authority.
If this notice changes in a way that affects what is collected, the consent version shown on the main page changes too, and previously collected data is not used for new purposes without fresh consent.
