Step 1

Get your data from Wolt

  1. In the Wolt app open Profile → Settings → Account → Legal and privacy → Download account data.
  2. Wolt emails you a download link, usually within a day. Download and unzip it.
  3. You get a folder like 5bca…_20260904 with customer.json.txt, receipts.zip, telemetry.csv and chat files. Unzip only the outer download, not receipts.zip.
What's in the folder

Each file unlocks a different part of the report

Drop the whole folder and you get everything. If you only want to share some of it, here is what each file adds, in plain words.

customer.json.txt Required · the heart of the report Every order you ever placed: what, where, when and how much. Gives you money totals, habits, top venues, top items, coffees, credits, addresses, ratings and the badges.

receipts.zip Adds fees and Wolt+ savings · keep it zipped The delivery and service fees you actually paid, how much Wolt+ saved you, VAT, and refunds. Without it the Money section has no fees. It is slow: about three minutes for a thousand receipts.

telemetry.csv Adds the App usage section · large but never uploaded What you searched for, what you browsed but never ordered, abandoned baskets, the special requests you typed to restaurants, dark mode, ads shown, why you cancelled Wolt+. Covers roughly the last 18 months.
💬
converse_conversations… Adds support and courier chat stats How often you needed support, why, how fast they replied, and how many orders led to a chat. Only counts are shown, never the messages themselves.

Photos in courier_conversations_attachments are only counted. Nothing in any file leaves your browser.

Only customer.json.txt is required. Leave receipts.zip zipped, the tool opens it. A 300 MB telemetry.csv is fine: it is read in place, never uploaded. A full export takes about three minutes; keep the tab open.
