1. What this is. Wolt Wrapped is a free tool operated by [CONTROLLER NAME] that turns a personal data export from Wolt into a report, entirely inside your browser. It is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Wolt Enterprises Oy. "Wolt" is a trademark of its owner and is used only to describe what the tool works with.
2. Your export. You may only process an export that belongs to you or that you are entitled to process. Your files are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us.
3. Optional data contribution. If, and only if, you tick the contribution box, an anonymised summary of your orders (as listed in the privacy notice) is stored in our market dataset. By ticking the box you consent to that storage and to its use for market research published in aggregate form. You can withdraw consent and delete your contribution at any time with your deletion token. Contributing is never required to use the tool: the full report is available without it. Contributors additionally receive the “You vs. everyone” comparison, which can only be computed from the dataset.
4. Accuracy. The report is computed from the data Wolt exported. We do not verify it and it may contain errors, gaps or estimates (which the report labels). It is for your entertainment and personal insight, not financial or legal advice.
5. No warranty. The tool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from its use.
6. Acceptable use. Do not use the tool to process other people's data without permission, to overload the service, or to submit fabricated contributions to the dataset. We may remove contributions we believe are fabricated.
7. Changes. We may update these terms; the version date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. Consent for data contributions is governed by the version in force when you ticked the box.
8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Nothing in them limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
